All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to XFAClick Solutions LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the Product.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and backup of your data.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Zaple, Meta). We are not responsible for their data handling or practices.
We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if required by law.
a. No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is".
b. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
c. Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XFAClick Solutions LLP from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in India.
